Summer Dreamin' Book Giveaways!

Welcome to a summer of book giveaways! Every Saturday I will be posting a new giveaway. The books range from children's to adult, from romance to cookbook, from fiction to non-fiction- so something for everyone! To kick things off, this week is being sponsored by young adult author Jennifer Shaw Wolf. She is putting up both of her best selling YA novels for grabs- Breaking Beautiful and Dead Girls Don't Lie. To enter fill out the rafflecopter form. US and Canada only. Please read the terms and conditions.

Allie lost everything the night her boyfriend, Trip, died in a horrible car accident-including her memory of the event. She doesn't remember driving on the cliff road. She doesn't recall jumping from the truck just before Trip lost control. As their small town mourns his death, Allie is afraid to remember because doing so means delving into what she's kept hidden for so long, the horrible reality of their abusive relationship. When the police reopen the investigation, it quickly turns on Allie and her best friend, Blake, especially as their budding romance raises eyebrows around town. As the threats begin and the survivor's guilt takes over, Allie knows she must tell the truth. Can she reach deep enough to remember that night so she can finally break free?

Fans of dark contemporary stories will feel right at home in the hands of debut writer Jennifer Shaw Wolf as she takes them on an emotional ride through the murky waters of love, shame, and ultimately, forgiveness.

Rachel died at two a.m . . . Three hours after Skyler kissed me for the first time. Forty-five minutes after she sent me her last text.

Jaycee and Rachel were best friends. But that was before. . .before that terrible night at the old house. Before Rachel shut Jaycee out. Before Jaycee chose Skyler over Rachel. Then Rachel is found dead. The police blame a growing gang problem in their small town, but Jaycee is sure it has to do with that night at the old house. Rachel’s text is the first clue—starting Jaycee on a search that leads to a shocking secret. Rachel’s death was no random crime, and Jaycee must figure out who to trust before she can expose the truth.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

  1. Hoping to win but the odds are in the corner for those who Tweet.

  2. These both look terrific. Thanks for telling me about them.

  3. The books are great. Wish there was another way to get word out beside tweeting. They need to create a share on FB option that could be confirmed.

    1. Wait a second! Where'd all those extra follow on twitters come from. I'm rectifying right now.

  4. maxie- just checked with rafflecopter about FB shares- this is their official response- "No way! We don't recommend directly incentivize folks to share on Facebook for an entry. The reasons why we haven't included a 'share on Facebook' entry option integrated into the Rafflecopter widget is because that would be in violation of promotion rules set in place by Facebook."
